I directed and implemented the design system, brand evolution and campaign strategy as the product matured and grew globally to ensure consumers and businesses could trust their phone again.

Developing a process that puts the customer first
When I joined Hiya the creative process was rooted in responding to individual requests. Working with senior leaders and individual contributors, we are creating a process that is customer driven and held accountable by data. It was also developed to give creatives the opportunity to be constantly evaluating our work and give the team the ability to continually improve.
